Bayonetta 3: Leaker wants to know the release date

Bayonetta, date, leaker, release

Action fans on the switch have high hopes for the upcoming Bayonetta 3, but there is no release date for the time being. A leaker wants to have found out about this – and is now sharing it on the Internet.

Bayonetta 3 is considered to be one of the biggest potential blockbusters the Switch is set to see in the near future. After a presentation of Xenoblade Chronicles 3, the action hit also stayed away from the Nintendo Direct Mini with all kinds of third-party titles. When will there finally be news about the game and above all: about the release date?

After the release of Bayonetta 2 in 2014, the franchise was initially quiet before Bayonetta 3 was announced at the 2017 Game Awards. After the game was initially delayed and forgotten, a Direct conference in September 2021 announced that Bayonetta 3 would be released in 2022 – and that’s where we are officially at the moment.

If you believe a leaker, then it will actually work this year: Bayonetta 3 should therefore be available from October 28, 2022. The insider claiming this is SyluxHunter2. This certainly does not have the standing of a Tom Henderson, for example, but has nevertheless made some correct predictions in the past.

In the run-up to the recently broadcast Direct Mini, SyluxHunter2 is said to have correctly leaked some of the event’s content, as well as the deluxe expansion for Marioa Kart 8 and the postponement of Advanced Wars. The next-gen update for Cyberpunk 2077 is also one of the applicable leaks in advance, although the leaks usually focus on Nintendo titles.

Since October 28th is a Friday, the date may well be correct. However, it remains to be seen whether the leaker is actually right and can be trusted. We will keep you up to date!
