On Steam, 22 great games are outrageously cheap
This is how the shop has changed
- New topic pages: So that you can search specifically for games, there are now so-called hubs, which are sorted by categories, genres or topics. For example, you can only look around for space, multiplayer or role-playing games.
- Handcrafted subcategories: So that you really find what you are looking for, suitable subcategories or subgenres have been created for most of these hubs, which will help you to refine your search. RPGs are roughly divided into JRPGs, Action RPGs, Adventure RPGs, and more. Additional filters sort out the displayed games according to certain facets and properties.
- Personal preferences: At the top of each hub, you’ll be presented with a series of suggestions based on current popularity or your personal preferences. To do this, your wish list, your game history and information from your friends network are evaluated in order to select suitable recommendations. The rest of the content in the hub is also sorted based on this data.
- Additional lists: There are also additional lists in the hubs that show you things like recommended and upcoming new releases or games with upcoming events or recently released updates.
