For fans of the science fiction series “Black Mirror” the wait will soon be over. In June 2023, the sixth season of the British series is scheduled to be broadcast on Netflix. The streaming service has already released a trailer for the upcoming “Black Mirror” adventures, now you can get information about the first episodes of the new season in another mini-trailer.
The almost 30-second video shows various scenes like a collage that the protagonists can expect in the 6th “Black Mirror” season, including a short voice-over. Among other things, the names of five episodes of the new season also fall, which you can find in the list below this paragraph. The American Magazine Entertainment Weekly has published the first information about the new episodes.
- Joan is Awful: A woman discovers a global streaming service has adapted her life into a TV drama starring Salma Hayek.
- Loch Henry: A couple travels to a sleepy small town to shoot a documentary. However, they soon become drawn into an adventurous story connected to shocking events from the past.
- Beyond The Sea: Set in an alternate universe in 1969, two men on a dangerous “high-tech mission” must deal with the aftermath of an unspeakable tragedy.
- Mazey Day: A popular star involved in a hit-and-run car accident must hide from a horde of paparazzi.
- Demon 79: In the north of England in 1979, a common woman is called upon to commit terrible deeds in order to avert an impending catastrophe.
The topics of the individual episodes once again promise very different settings and once again take up current topics in a creative context. When exactly the new episodes will be broadcast on Netflix in June, the streaming service does not yet reveal in the video.
