In a trailer released on Youtube this weekend, Marvel’s French subsidiary announced news about the launch of Black Widow in France: it will hit theaters this summer.
Originally scheduled for May 2020, the Black Widow movie now has a new release date: it’s aiming for an arrival in French cinemas on July 7th, two days before arriving in the US on Disney + and in theaters. Currently, no date has been announced for the film’s upcoming arrival on Disney + in France.
As a reminder, Black Widow is run by Cate Shortland. The film is the first feature film in Phase IV of the MCU, which has already been presented by WandaVision and Falcon and the winter soldier. Located between the events of the Civil War and those of the Infinity War, it allows you to learn more about the Black Widow character played by Scarlett Johansson.
