In Borderlands 3, you can enter shift codes to protect precious items ["robberies"] such as rare weapons.

Now you may be wondering how to get as many shift codes as possible. Developer Gearbox releases them from time to time, but many of them expire in a short time and are no longer valid. Speed ​​is important.

Current shift code

We have listed the current shift codes for you in this article. Gearbox released shift codes for ten golden keys in mid-February, which you can get in Borderlands 3. The following code is valid until 9 AM German time on March 4, 2020:

You can also protect yourself with another code that gives you five golden keys. It will expire on March 19, 2020:

According to PC Gamer, there are currently some shift codes that do not expire. Therefore, you should try the following code:

Enter shift code

There are several ways to enter the shift code for Borderlands 3. You can try it in the game first. Enter the menu and enter the 25-digit code.

You can also choose to enter them on the Borderlands VIP page or Gearbox's Shift page. Create an account linked to your Epic or console account, log in and use the code.

Pick up the golden key and open the box

You will then receive a key, also known as a "golden key." You can pick them up from the game's Borderlands mail and walk to the golden treasure chest of the sanctuary near the fast travel point. Open the chest with a golden key, touch your luck a little, and you get a solid object.

VIP code

There are also so-called "Vip codes". The game portal ProGameGuides writes that they can be distinguished from shift codes. If you redeem them, you will get points on the official Borderlands website, such as rewards such as golden keys, wallpapers or weapons.

Below, we show you some VIP codes and explain the corresponding number of points. Note, however, that these codes may also expire. If this happens, please let us know in the comments below this article. We can then delete the corresponding entries.
