How do you intimidate your opponent during a pre-boxing press conference when two burly men inevitably stare into each other’s eyes like long-lost lovers? Well, if you’re Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk, the obvious answer is to dress up as Agent 47 from the Hitman series, complete with bald head and handy briefcase.
During a press conference ahead of his upcoming rematch with boxer Tyson Fury, Usyk opted to appear hairless, wearing the classic suit and glove combo that is the game’s most famous protagonist, which you can check out at checkout Scan it.

According to the BBC, the boxer even walked into Franz Schubert’s Hail Mary, which was a nice touch, before sitting back and teasing everyone about what he had in his briefcase What.
As it turns out, these are a few photos from the first time Usyk and Fury fought this past May, with Usyk winning a split decision. One of the photos was, as Fury described it, “a picture of me taking a big left hand to the chin,” with the Brit adding that he looked “like Shrek” in the photo.

So, if you add in the fact that Fury reportedly made an appearance at Aqua’s “Barbie Girls” press conference at London’s Guildhall, we’re basically three for three with interesting pop culture references to both men’s work All great. Fury also clearly pleased Usyk during their confrontation due to combat sports.
The fight is scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia on December 21, just in case you thought this was just two lads getting together to discuss their love of good video games and late ’90s pop songs. I think Usyk will be replaying the Hitman: Absolution mission “Fight Night.” When Agent 47 clashes with the Irishman this summer on a special assassination mission in Killer World, we’re hoping he’ll also take the opportunity to try and take out Conor McGregor.
