Developer Moonsprout Studios, led by Jose Fernando Gracia Perez, has announced with Dangen Entertainment the release of Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling on consoles for May 28th.
In this game very (very) openly inspired by the series of Paper Mario (you just have to see the interface and the font for it to be obvious), we lead a group of three insects in search of an artifact that can bring them immortality. The three heroes have special abilities that will have to be used during the exploration and platform phases but will also take part in turn-based battles that take over the Mario RPG system with the need to press keys with the right timing to improve attacks and defense.
“I dreamed all my life to see my game on consoles”Says Gracia Perez in the press release. "I can't wait to see new waves of players exploring the world of Bug Fables. Whichever console they choose, I hope the title will make them smile. To all those who have supported us to date, thank you very much! We have gone so far thanks to you!"
For the more curious, the Steam page of the game will give you an idea of what they can expect if they decide to spend the 25 € that Moonsprout Games will ask them on May 28, whether on PlayStation 4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch.
