A total of eleven different bunkers are distributed on Verdansk, each of which has a keypad on the doors via which a code can be entered. Anyone who uses the keypad is, however, dismissed with a "denied". Nobody knows the code yet.
Phones
Then there are various phones spread across the map, with which players can also interact. Once canceled, a busy sound is followed by silence. Call-of-duty players have also not yet figured out what the phones are all about.

What the players are currently betting on
As already mentioned, it is currently unknown what secret the Warzone bunkers hold. However, Call of Duty Battle Royale mode players have three theories that are particularly popular among fans:
- Easter egg: Some players suspect that behind the closed gates there is "a particularly large and spectacular Easter Egg" – such as the Loch Ness Monster in Apex Legends
- Loot: Of course, fans hope, among other things, that they will get valuable high-end loot if they manage to open the bunker doors. Similar to Fortnite, a treasury full of good equipment could be hidden behind the gates.
- Event: Since players have so far come up with no possible solution to open the bunkers, numerous players suspect that they currently simply have no function. Accordingly, the bunkers could play an important role as soon as the first major event for Call of Duty: Warzone is due.
Also in Battlefield 5: Firestorm by the way, there were bunkers that could only be opened as a team. It contained particularly powerful vehicles, such as tanks. If Warzone copied from its Battle Royale competitor here, light armored personnel carriers from Ground War mode would also be a conceivable loot reward!
