However, Amazon changed the process a lot here some time ago and last week we saw the new “selling principle” in action for the first time. Amazon sent the invitations with the said time window last week on Wednesday.

In this way, the retailer at least keeps the date of sale. So if you’ve requested an invitation and you’re way ahead in the waiting list, you should probably receive the email invitation you requested today or tomorrow morning at the latest. If you haven’t requested an invitation yet, you should do so as soon as possible in order to be able to participate in one of the upcoming sales.
