There are those every few weeks PS5 to buy at Media Markt and Saturn. Both dealers receive supplies at irregular intervals. However, this is out of stock in a very short time. The devices are currently sold out again.

In many places, Saturn and Media Markt are reopening their stores after the Corona lockdown. Whether both dealers here are similar to competitors Gamestop also sell PS5 consoles remains to be seen, however. We have not yet received any information on this.
The consumer center is suing Saturn
Saturn had one Warning from the consumer center Saxony received due to “ineffective terms and conditions, misleading business dealings and practices contrary to consumer protection”.
The consumer association has a case in which a customer had pre-ordered a console but did not receive an immediate order confirmation. However, this is required by law for online trading. Instead of the confirmation there was only a request for payment.
In addition, it is not transparent how long the customer’s money is withheld if, for example, there is a repayment in the event of non-delivery.
The dealers had confirmed that the cease and desist declaration was available. He apparently did not comply with this. In the meantime, consumer protection in Saxony has therefore Lawsuit filed against Saturn.
