Consumer advice center is suing Saturn
Especially in the pre-order phase, there was some trouble between customers and Saturn. The dealer had one Warning from the consumer center Saxony received due to “ineffective terms and conditions, misleading business dealings and practices contrary to consumer protection”.
The consumer association has a case in which a customer had pre-ordered a console but did not receive an immediate order confirmation. However, this is required by law for online trading. Instead of the confirmation there was only a request for payment.
