The shooter Call of Duty 2024 could also be included in the Xbox Game Pass after its release. This is what the Xbox President says about the subscription issue.
- Call of Duty 2024 is apparently coming to Xbox Game Pass.
- The shooter could be included in the subscription from the day of publication.
- Every game developed by Xbox should be included in Game Pass from day 1.
Call of Duty 2024 is rumored to release in October 2024. However, there is no official information about a release date yet.
But even if official information is rare, there is now news as to whether the upcoming title will also be available on Xbox Game Pass.
As Xbox President Sarah Bond reported in an interview with Bloomberg, the shooter will be included in the subscription from the day of release.
In the video starting at minute 13:28, she explains that every game developed by Xbox will be available on Game Pass from day one. The interviewer then asked whether this also included Activision’s games. As Sarah Bond subsequently confirmed, her statement refers to the entire range of development studios.
Since Call of Duty 2024 is being developed by Activision, the title will apparently also appear for Xbox Game Pass. However, the exclusive pre-order bonus is probably not included in the subscription.
