Game News Call of Duty Black Ops 6: It hasn’t been released yet and is already breaking records
The multiplayer beta of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is over, but the game’s success is apparently just beginning.
Ever stronger
After several episodes that were heavily criticized by the press and players, the Call of Duty series begins its seduction campaign thanks to Black Ops 6. With its pretty graphics, its particularly crazy staging of the single-player campaign and its On-Movement, a kind of overhaul of the heroes’ movement system, this future installment has plenty of ammunition to hit hardWith the return of Zombies Mode and Theater Mode, as well as the future availability of a whole host of multiplayer maps, Black Ops 6 definitely has something to delight fans of the license.
The most impatient (or curious) were able to participate in the beta, which ended earlier this week. Treyarch took advantage of this public test to reveal some data, mentioning: “the biggest beta ever for the series“. According to the studio, the beta attracted “the largest number of players” and “most hours of play” and thus surpassed the results of previous titles. If proof was needed to prove the public’s interest in the franchise, you can find it here.
Trust no one
Activision seems to have listened to fan feedback and seems to have come up with a lot for its flagship franchise. Equipped with a promising single-player mode, refreshed gameplay, a 16-map multiplayer mode and several new features, Black Ops 6 could mark the return of the license with great fanfare. The final verdict is imminent: the game will be released this year on October 25, 2024 on PC and Xbox Series.Day one

As a reminder, the Black Ops 6 campaign takes the player to the early 1990s, at the center of a strange and secret conspiracy in which a military force has infiltrated the American government. “Anyone who resists is branded a traitor, forcing players for the first time to break the rules to fight against the very machine that created them“ we read on the official website.
