Treyarch launched a big patch Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Finally, the epitome of a sniper was added.
These changes appear today in a large mid-term update on all platforms. Since its launch, Black Ops Cold War has not had this feature (this feature has already existed in past Call of Duty games), because the developers believe that this feature will help balance snipers in multiplayer shooters.
However, many players have felt retreat that made the retreating sniper rifle powerless-due to the longer TTK of Black Ops Cold War, the sniper may be hit several times and still be able to kill an attacker with one shot. Flinch should reduce these situations by applying greater swings to their targets when snipers are shooting.
According to the update patch notes issued by the developer, there are two reasons for the confirmed changes:
“To create a more meaningful gameplay between the sniper rifle and other weapon categories,” Treyarch explained. “In order to better define the role of each sniper rifle, to give them more personality and professionalism.”
“Custom Flinch” has been added to the game, which means that enemy gunshots will move the player’s target based on the weapon’s unique calculation results-attachments will also be counted in this retreat calculation. It will be more intense if you are hit by ADS.
result? Now, heavier sniper rifles will feel heavier and therefore will regain ADS more slowly. Please note that when entering ADS from a full hip shooting position, ADS momentum is not used. “
I hope this rethinking of the sniper class will make it easier for them to integrate into the “Black Ops” Cold War as a whole.
If you are eager to get more content about “Black Ops Cold War”, you will be happy to know that the same update adds a 80s style Rambo skin and Nakatomi Plaza building to Warzone. We also know that Orda has arrived in the “Black Ops” Cold War zombie outbreak.
