While Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone have received a thick mid-season update, Modern Warfare has apparently not landed on the siding yet.
Actually, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone are so much in focus that one could assume that the successful predecessor Modern Warfare will be put aside. This is obviously not the case, because surprisingly and without notice, the game from 2019 has now received some new maps.
The map Killhouse and Killhouse 24/7 playlist appeared out of nowhere in Modern Warfare’s multiplayer mode. The map originally comes from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and appeared in the Modern Warfare files, but has never been published.
And not only that, with Al-Raab Airbase (6v6) and Drainage (Gunfight) two more new maps have sneaked into the rotation. It is not known whether further new content will appear. Actually, it was assumed that after the end of the sixth season in December 2020 nothing more is to be expected.
