Here is a patch in the first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
As promised, Call of Duty: Modern War Players across the region received major updates last night. The patch adds "vacancy and shipment" remakes, "crank" mode, new operator Nikto, and more.
In addition to the new content, this update brings many bug fixes and some balance adjustments worth highlighting. In terms of balance, we also reduced third-person footsteps.
This can be achieved by reducing its audible range, increasing the extent to which walls and other solid objects block footsteps, and reducing the husky (sometimes accompanied by footsteps). Although it didn't eliminate deadly sounds, Infinity Ward did it, so their sounds don't damage everyone in the room.
With Kar98k, EBR-14 and MK2 carbines, this week's update also reduces flinching. K98k's reinstallation time has also been reduced. .357 Snake Shot's hip extension has been adjusted so it is the same in all poses.
For players using the keyboard and mouse, the new patch makes it possible to change the zoom level / toggle the hybrid sight with a separate key binding. Previously, unless you set up three separate keys for each feature, changing that key binding also changed your sprint button.
There is now a new toggle button under Gameplay that lets you control the behavior of this particular feature.
Some other notable changes include a fix for the bug that caused the Turtle error to occur, and a bug that puts the player in an infinite "Update Requires Restart" loop. Check out the full patch notes on Reddit.
