Game news Call of Duty Vanguard: According to an analyst, the game is already estimated to be the biggest sale of 2021 in the US
Call of Duty and Profitability is a love story that has been going on for a long, long time. While the next installment in the saga, Vanguard, hasn’t even been concretely revealed, a famous gaming industry analyst predicts its future bestseller status in 2021.
After months of rumors Call of Duty: Vanguard finally became official a few days ago with the help of an initial video teaser. It will therefore do well during WWII and should be focused on the Pacific while bringing a large dose of new features into Call of Duty: Warzone. In this final royal battle, the unveiling will also take place on Thursday evening.
Where the FPS is already strong is that it manages to prevail in the eyes of some when we haven’t seen a single gameplay image. According to Mat Piscatella, a renowned analyst whose job it is to decipher and predict the video game industry for the NPD group, Call of Duty: Vanguard will be the best-selling title in the US in 2021.
In fact, his bet couldn’t be more reliable if we look at the previous iterations: almost every year the Call of Duty rate has established itself as number 1 on the charts (even the opus criticized by some) with huge scores. Since there are still exceptions, we have to remember the years 2013 and 2018 where a certain Grand Theft Auto V and a Red Dead Redemption II came to break the tradition of claiming the crown. And again, Arthur Morgan’s adventure is said to have won the battle because sales of the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII, which was released that same year, were not recorded.
Of course we’ll wait until the end of the year to decide, but Mat Piscatella seems almost amused himself by his prediction, which, in his opinion, has a good chance of being realized at the expense of originality …
