The Battle Royale is currently in Season 3, which brought lots of fresh content with it in April. As the developers announced, the mid-season update is imminent and that will finally bring ranked matches back into play. A reason to rejoice for competitive players. But that’s not the end of it, you can look forward to even more fresh Baller fodder.
Historically you get Raid Episode 3, which sends you on a new mission with Price, Farah and Alex. The three search for Hadir and a missing warhead. They move through old railway tunnels and electrically charged waters of a Soviet base.
But the DMZ mode was not forgotten either. Valuable rewards await as you explore the Koschei Complex underground facility. At a later point in time, in the beta, ranked will also be introduced here, which offers additional seasonal rewards in addition to the ranked list.
Giant Infection and 3-versus-3 Faceoff are new multiplayer modes. With the latter, you gamble with your own loadouts in game modes such as Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed on gunfight maps. That could get quite chaotic. In addition, the mid-season update for Warzone 2.0 offers presets for perk packs, supply crates and the purchase station.
