Game news Call of Duty Warzone: The killer door fixed, the nerfed MG 82
On Monday we told you about a somewhat strange problem that had cropped up in Call of Duty Warzone. In fact, a door in a hangar at the salt mine killed players who got too close to it. Raven Software immediately fixed the problem and provided a corrective patch.
This famous barricaded door that killed gamers was quickly reported by gamers, and should therefore not cause any more problems to those participating in Call of Duty: Warzone. But Raven didn’t stop here, there
the last patch notes has been updated, which is how we found out the MG 82 was nerfed, how it was announced by the studio less than 24 hours after arrival Proportion of.
We envisioned the MG 82 (BOCW) as a light machine gun with a short to medium range due to its relatively fast maneuverability, mobility and rate of fire. However, it also retained many of the LMG’s properties such as damage profile, bullet velocity, and magazine size while having negligible recoil. These factors combined have created one of the dominant weapons on Verdansk. Don’t let the magnitude of these changes fool you. Magazine damage and rate of fire are always paramount, so we would expect the MG 82 to remain operational.
New MG 82 statistics
- Maximum damage from 30 to 29. decreased
- Minimal damage from 28 to 27. decreased
- Maximum damage range reduced by 20%
- Headshot multiplier from 1.3 to 1.2. reduced
- The multiplier for the upper chest area has been changed from 1.1 to 1. elevated
- The final shot multiplier went from 1 to 0.9. elevated
- Increased vertical and horizontal recoil
In parallel, Raven Software is investigating various avenues that could lead to the introduction of “fair” and “responsive” means to Fight against the silence of death, a skill that makes the sound of footsteps disappear. The studio is proceeding cautiously on this matter as it could mess up several other aspects of the game. One solution seems to be on hold, but we will have more information shortly.
