Crossovers and other types of collaboration are now very popular, especially in online multiplayer titles. After the visit of Godzilla in Call of Duty, another celebrity seems to be on the way.
Call of Duty already has a longer history of crossovers. Think of the Rambo and Die Hard DLCs or the recent visit of King Kong and Godzilla to Caldera. Now Activision has teased another crossover and it appears to be its action majesty, the Terminator.

The crossover will apparently be part of the new Season 4: Mercenaries of Fortune, which starts tonight. The teaser image on Twitter is pretty clear. Not only does the iconic phrase “I’ll be back” fall, but there is also a metal bar labeled “Skynet” and “Mimetic Polyalloy”. The same is the liquid alloy that makes up the T-1000, among other things.
It is still unclear whether the Terminator crossover will be available right at the start of the season – let us surprise you.
