CD Projekt red Has announced the current version Cyberpunk 2077 with The Witcher 3 It will be launched in the first and second quarters of 2022.
In a press release mainly reviewing 2021, the developer announced some vague windows, and we can look forward to the current version of its outstanding RPG long-term commitment.
“We are working hard to develop the next-generation version of Cyberpunk, which is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2022, along with another major update to all platforms,” the update reads.
There is also a small note about some other projects that the developers are working on, although we don’t have a timetable to see these. CD Projekt noted that “there is still work in progress on the next generation of Witcher 3 and cyberpunk expansion”, although it has not been named or specified in any official capacity.
In other places, the company is also adding staff and preparing to start work on other projects. The press release notes that two North American developers have joined the company in recent months: Digital Scapes (now renamed CD Projekt Red Vancouver) and The Molasses Flood, the former has been merged into a larger studio, and Molasses Flood” Will work on an IP-based indie game based on CD Projekt Red.”
The company pointed out that the main reasons for its decline in net profit were “expenses related to updating cyberpunk” and “exploration of new projects in the early stages of development.” No matter what the project is, I won’t go into details here.
We recently heard that Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 will not be available on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S until next year.
When “The Witcher 3” is released on two next-generation game consoles, it will be an improved version with visual enhancements, upgrades such as ray tracing, and speed up loading. You can buy it as a standalone product, or if you already own the game on PS4 or Xbox One, you can upgrade it for free.
