Charmed: Season 4 start date
The start date of the new episodes is finally known: Season 4 will be released in the USA according to US magazine Deadline beginning March 11, 2022 on The CW. In Germany we can expect the new episodes from autumn 2022 at Sixx.

The fresh trailer not only confirms the start in March on the US broadcaster, but also shows you the new third witch in action. And Mel and Maggie will also need the new sister badly, because new dangers are brewing.

Also in season 4 we can expect the return of Melonie Diaz as Mel, Sarah Jeffery as Maggie and Rupert Evans as Harry.
Madeleine Mantock will not be seen as Macy again in Charmed Season 4. As in the original series, the eldest sister leaves the series. In 1998, Doherty took on the role of Prudence “Prue” Halliwell in Charmed. After three seasons, however, she left the series.
Mantock’s place is taken by Lucy Barrett. Showrunners Jeffery Lieber, Nicki Renna and Joey Falco have not yet given any details about their character. “What we can say is…she is an artist with a fierce, unpredictable love of life and a unique view of the world that benefits her in her art, which is her passion for life,” according to the showrunners.

Charmed: Season 4 Storyline
In Season 3 of “Charmed”, the mighty three continue their fight against the faction together with their light guardian Harry (Rupert Evans). The sisters tried to save the magical world from extinction and overcome a mysterious magical allergy.
But in the Season 3 finale, Macy (Madeleine Mantock) contracted a deadly fungus and died. Therefore, in the new episodes we will see how Mel (Melonie Diaz) and Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) will deal with the death of their sister, if they can save the magical world and if they can get the allergy under control.
Perhaps a long-lost sister will return in the reboot to complete the mighty three.

But not only leading actress Madeleine Mantock leaves the series. Showrunners Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro are also stepping in, as reported by the US magazine Deadline. Jeffrey Lieber (“Lost”), Joey Falco (“Sleepy Hollow”) and Nicki Renna (“Grand Hotel”) take over.
