Comic Con will take place again in Stuttgart on November 30th and December 1st and will once again feature a gaming zone – with even more space and activities.
The Comic Con Stuttgart was well received and is going into the next round at the end of the month and an innovation that was introduced last year is returning. The gaming zone will be expanded again this year and will offer a whopping 20 percent more space in Hall 4. This year the gaming zone covers a whopping 600 m².
There is a colorful mix of game stations, tournaments, hands-on activities and a stage with an exciting show program, where our former colleague Felix Rick will guide you through the program.
There’s a lot going on in the gaming zone. Publishers such as Bethesda, Bandai Namco, Ubisoft and PLAION as well as independent indie studios and publishers such as Deck13 Spotlight and CobraTekku Games are included.
Bethesda is really letting it rip. In addition to a five-meter-tall Vault Boy and an interactive Fallout photo backdrop, you can transform yourself into Indiana Jones at a photo booth, complete with hat and whip. The spectacular Indiana Jones airship is also expected to fly over Stuttgart on CCON Saturday and is part of the #IndyAroundEurope competition. The airship made its debut flight last weekend at Lucca Comics & Games in Italy. Further information about flight times and the competition will follow.
Other highlights include Tekken 8 tournaments or FUNKO POPs from the popular franchises One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, but also non-anime franchises such as Marvel, Godzilla and Star Wars, which are exclusively available at Comic Con. There will also be a number of play stations for various video games, and some well-known voice actors from titles such as Genshin Impact or Baldur’s Gate III will also be on site.
If you can’t be there in person in Stuttgart, you can watch the live stream on YouTube at youtube.com/@igamesnews track. Under the motto “BE A HERO! “Save The Day One Game At A Time” will be held at the same time as the trade fair for a total of one week on the digital platform Steam, where, in addition to the titles that can be played on site, over 100 other games will be offered, some of them at a discount.
