More than 230,000 devices were pre-ordered in China before the release date was announced. Up until then, not all of the technical information about the new hype cell phone for around 400 dollars was known. Now we have more information that underlines the power of the price-performance hit.

Miracle battery supports long gaming sessions
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro draws the energy it needs from the “Glacier Battery”. The “miracle battery” promises more capacity (6,100 mAh) and longer lifespan than conventional cell phone batteries and is supposed to be even thinner.

It is said to be 9,126 square millimeters in size, making it one of the largest on the market. According to the manufacturer, the cooling performance of the new VC has improved by 36 percent compared to the OnePlus Ace 2.
The camera technology of the OnePlus Ace 3 is less innovative. The device uses the same camera setup as its predecessor: a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera can take photos with a resolution of 16 megapixels. The main camera can record videos in 4K at 60 frames per second. The front camera can record videos in full HD at 30 frames per second.
