After Max Payne and Alan Wake, Remedy Entertainment has hit the next bull's eye with Control; after all, he also received excellent reviews. No wonder that the game also has a certain fan base – and that can be happy about replenishments in a timely manner.
Remedy has just announced the release date for the first of two planned, major story extensions. The first add-on is called "The Foundation" and should therefore be available from March 26, 2020.
A short teaser clip suggests an action that suggests the search for Helen Marshall, the Head of Operation in the Bureau. Marshall was also introduced in the main game, but disappeared abruptly after a short time. Their fate remained a mystery and unsolved until the end of the main game. That could change with the DLC now appearing.
The second expansion called "AWE" is expected to be released around mid-2020. Alan Wake may also play a role in some form.
