Now that Counter-Strike 2 has finally been announced as an upgrade to Global Offensive, more and more information about the game is leaking out of the closed beta. Now it is known that the shooter makes it a little easier for beginners – with a fairly simple setting. By the way, you can read here how players get into the beta:
That gets you Follow Recoil
With the switch to the new version of the Source engine, Counter-Strike 2 will probably bring big changes, some of which we already know. With the option Follow Recoil
another new feature was discovered in the beta.
Their function is simply explained: As in any shooter, you have to compensate for the recoil of your weapons in CS:GO in order to hit as many of your shots as possible. Because if you don’t move your crosshairs, successive shots will deviate further and further from the target. You can therefore observe that professionals move their crosshairs slightly again and again in order to distribute perfect headshots.
The new option now causes your crosshairs to show recoil and move up or sideways accordingly. So you can always see exactly where your gun is really shooting and can compensate for the recoil more easily. Especially beginners should Follow Recoil
benefit, but it is much easier for them to learn to control the recoil of their weapons.
