Pre-orders start today, and a closed beta is scheduled for April 20-24.
From Toys For Bob, the studio behind Spyro’s Reignited Trilogy and Skylanders, Crash Team Rumble is a team-based competition. In it, your task is to collect and stockpile Wumpa fruit before the competing teams. In the end, the team with the most fruit is the winner.
This is accomplished by competing on various maps with heroes and villains from the world of Crash Bandicoot. Each has unique abilities to help their team collect more fruit than others, and your team can consist of heroes and villains.
The full player roster remains a secret, but Crash Bandicoot, Coco, Tawna, Neo Cortex, and Dingodile are confirmed and playable in the beta.
There is a role for every available role, such as scorer, blocker, or booster. In addition to these three characters, each character will also have stats such as health, Wumpa carrying capacity, combat power, and mobility. They will also have unique abilities and special powers once your power meter is full.
Competitive, strategic, multiplayer, platformer is cross-platform through public and private matches.
Crash Team Rumble launches June 20 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
