Lara Croft will be returning to Unreal Engine 5 soon
The franchise, now under the umbrella of the Embracer group, will soon return for a brand new opus developed under the Unreal Engine 5. Not much is known about the game at the moment, other than that Crystal Dynamics wants to round up all the fans by linking the various archaeologist arcs. These adventures from the 90’s to those of the 2000’s through the trilogy rebooted in 2013. It’s hard to imagine what it will look like from here, but the developers are at work. The game hasn’t shown the tip of its nose yet, but it might do so this year, certainly around Summer Game Fest or the Game Awards, the two now unmissable industry gatherings. The franchise will be making its way onto the small and big screens very soon. Movies as well as a series are in production with a project as crazy as the MCU.
