It's been a few months since the Sonic movie was announced with the terrible initial blue hedgehog design. It seems that everything was part of a marketing strategy because following all the criticisms received, they promised that they would change this design and they did so. The new Sonic conforms more to the original appearance of the SEGA character, a change that took 5 months to make. So after that time of reflection, the promotional campaign has been reactivated and they have shown a full scene of the film. There is a lot of expectation to see the final result, but for now you have to liven up the wait with works of art like the following figure.
The YouTube channel 사 나고 (Sanago for friends) has shared the process of making a Sonic figure. But the funny thing is the method he uses because it's not about molding resin or clay, but a 3D pencil with which you draw the structure until you have the desired result. As if this were not enough work, he decided to put lights to turn it into a lamp, so cut off the head to introduce the mechanism. And once everything is in place, it finally smoothes the figure to give the last details such as facial expression, slippers or Sonic's own hair. The result is really satisfactory and you can see the whole process below.
After watching this, you'll have a crazy desire for the movie to be released. For now you can listen to the official theme of the tape, which as you well know will have Jim Carrey as Dr. Eggman. Sonic is one of the most iconic video game characters and the movie will arrive on February 14 at cinemas around the world.
