A new expansion is coming in May Crusader Kings 3 games near you.
In this expansion pack called Tours & Tournaments, you can participate in simulated battles in the Tournament Area, tour the dangerous wilds of your kingdom, hold a falconry hunt, or plan a grand wedding.
When you’re ready to venture further afield, you should bring an entourage with you, as danger may lurk, so tailor your route carefully. Along the way, you’ll meet all kinds of characters, encounter foreign cultures, and even experience some potentially life-changing events.
You can visit and interact with your vassals, inspect their properties, and even give gifts and rewards. On the other hand, you can also send tax collectors to get some much-needed cash from those more inaccessible vassals.
Tournaments allow you to compete to win prizes and gain experience with new skills. A big, big tournament would be a big deal, but before you decide to go, visit your local blacksmith or get some liquid courage in a tavern.
Together with your opponents, you can set intentions, strike them down, or “win the heart of your prey” with your grappling skills.
And if that’s not enough, you can plan a grand wedding, negotiate beneficial prenuptial agreements, please your court vassals, and gain favor with these new rituals.
Other grand events include honoring your knights, allowing these nobles to specialize in politics or the battlefield. You can even train them before sending them to races or wars.
The Tours & Tournaments expansion pack will launch in Crusader Kings 3 on May 11th.
