Cult of the Lamb’s free DLC is out, with new enemies and deeper combat

Showcased at Nintendo’s Indie World showcase last week, Cult of the Lamb is getting a major content update with new features for free.

Dubbed “Relics of an Old Faith,” the free update for Roguelike features new enemies, deeper combat, and many other features players will love to see.

To entice new players into the world of Cult of the Lamb and this DLC, developer Massive Monster is also discounting the base game by 35%.

If you’re curious about what exactly “Relics of the Old Faith” added to Lamb worship, look no further. After completing the base game, a brand new storyline begins with more collectibles, upgrades and character encounters; 37 new relics, new missionary upgrades, new crusades, new encounters, new characters, new tarot Cards, critters and buildings have all been added for you to discover.

This is also far from the case. There’s a photo mode, new enemies and mini-bosses, and even a forgotten commandment stone that players can use to unlock doctrines they didn’t previously choose. There will also be more special followers, a kind of purgatory, new wool, necklaces, and tons of new battle rooms.

The list goes on, and it’s safe to say that the “Remains of the Old Faith” DLC won’t disappoint any Cult of the Lamb fans. If you’ve finished the game, there’s still plenty to discover, and if you haven’t tried Worship of the Lamb, there’s plenty to discover.

There are also new accessibility options, including the ability to change numbers, use dyslexic fonts, and more, so the game can be tweaked to suit you. As ever, Massive Monster has some bug fixes for a smoother gameplay experience for everyone.
