In the last few days we have received more and more news about WoW Dragonflight special issues that have not been received. In addition, some of you have received letters from our shipping service provider that your pre-ordered issue could not be delivered.
The good news is: All issues should be in the mail by now.
We received confirmation from our service provider that the majority of the special issues were sent on November 25th, 2022 and the rest (approx. 50 copies) on November 28th, 2022. That means you should all have your special issue in your mailbox in the next few days. We are sorry that the date and thus the receipt of your magazine is later than the kiosk date and should remain an isolated case in the future, which came about due to overload and illness at the service provider.
However, Deutsche Post is also currently overburdened, with delayed deliveries or unwanted returns due to a lack of staff for some time. Due to the recent Black Friday, we expect the problem to get worse. We would therefore like to ask you to be patient with the delivery of the booklets if necessary.
Received letter: Special issue not available
Anyone who has recently received a letter instead of the longed-for issue that says that the issue is said to be currently not available can breathe a sigh of relief. This letter is a machine-generated letter that is automatically sent after a certain period of time if the order has not been sent by then.
Since we had a long pre-order phase this time, the system was confused and therefore sent out this letter to some of you. But you don’t have to worry and can ignore the letter.
Issue still not coming, now what?
As already mentioned above, the overloading of the Deutsche Post can lead to longer delivery times (especially if you live outside of Europey). However, if you have not received a booklet by December 6, 2022, please send an email to [email protected].
We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a lot of love and work in our magazine and it annoys us as much as you that there have been delivery problems. Of course, we will also examine together with our service provider how the difficulties could have arisen and how they can be avoided in the future.
Irrespective of this, we wish you lots of fun with our special issue!
