But it’s not only The Witcher in life, including the studio. One of the greatest teams is none other than Cyberpunk 2077 which should sooner or later deliver a first expansion. This is also one of the 2022 projects at the Polish company’s site, and according to recent leaks on this long-awaited expansion, there should be plenty to do. But that’s something we’ll be able to judge once the expansion is in our hands: On paper, Cyberpunk 2077 often looked more enticing than it was, but here’s a first look at what we can do there.
Additional content as good as The Witcher 3?
According to our colleagues from VGC, Cyberpunk 2077’s first expansion has leaked some details through the game’s latest patch‘. This would have added a whole bunch of elements within the main game’s code that would later have found themselves in the hands of dataminers. A stroke of luck for these computer speleologists, who were able to extract the first interesting information about the content of the expansion!
In particular, we learn that it will consist of no less than seven main missions, as well as a large number of additional contents which will range from various encounters to fixer missions and many other small stories through the world of the game that will be simultaneously new areas and currently blocked. Alongside this, dataminers have discovered an interesting fact: the presence of Johnny Silverhand would be almost nil and we would, conversely, follow an intrigue surrounding a character called “Songbird”.
Of course, when it comes to leaks, it’s good manners to keep a certain reserve and not get too excited. If development progresses properly, we should no doubt have news from CD Projekt over the next few weeks.. And why not a small presentation during one of the conferences of the E3 period? do we ever know!
