In Dancing Village: The Curse Begins, young Mila ends up on a remote island in the easternmost part of Java with her cousin Yuda and his friends Jito and Arya. Here they are supposed to bring back a mystical bracelet. When they arrive, they learn of the death of the village elder. At the same time, the new guardian is absent. While they wait for his return, they experience eerie and mysterious events. Mila is confronted with Badarawuhi, a mythical being who rules over the village. Dancing Village: The Curse Begins will be shown in cinemas from April 26, 2024.
