Game news Dead by Daylight: New killer, new chapter and return of Resident Evil, all the details
Clearly one of the video game standards and a founding franchise in the video game horror genre, Resident Evil’s arrival in Dead by Daylight inevitably makes sense. In fact, this is the second time this has happened!
6 years old and all his teeth
To say that Dead by Daylight works well is an understatement: it’s a real hit, as we told you a few weeks ago with an incredible number of registered players. Exactly the sixth candle of the asymmetrical horror game is being blown out this year and the good news is that the developers still have a whole lot of content planned to feed their community.
First, Behavior Interactive is introduced A brand new “Chapter” called Roots of Dread: this begins on June 7th, 2022 and features a brand new Killer, the Bogeyman-inspired Dragage. Not surprisingly, his dislocated limbs and generous willingness to assassinate his opponents make him an opponent of choice – or a character of choice for those who come to control him. Note that Bagger has the ability to teleport between lockers.
There will also be a new survivor, Haddie Kaur. For the record, this one is of Indian origin but grew up in Quebec and has fought supernatural beings before: he was present right in one of the Archives of Dead by Daylight.

Resident Evil back
The other really cool announcement was Resident Evil’s return to the multiplayer game.
Let us point this out in passing Dead by Daylight Mobile’s achievement of 25 million players has been confirmed. A major update is planned for this year with many new features (improved mapping for playability, visual improvements, smoother gameplay) but it has to go through the closed beta box before it’s offered to us in a couple of weeks.
