PUBG is getting a harrowing new event (just like New State) this October, thanks to the spooky new Dead by Daylight crossover that’s just around the corner. As part of this new promotion, players of all three games can buy themselves some fancy new cosmetic items and take part in some exclusive events. Is this better than going out and throwing chocolates at the kids? We will let you decide.

Let’s start with PUBG players. As part of the event, between October 19th and December 7th, Battle Royale bosses will be able to get 4 outfits and masks, 3 new backpack skins, a frying pan skin, and a themed nameplate. These are based on Dead by Daylight, so you’ll be able to represent your favorite killer when you enter the crossfire below.

If you haven’t been caught up by Dead by Daylight, they recently added a second Resident Evil DLC to the game, in addition to the infamous Albert Wesker.

Plus, there’s an exclusive Dead by Daylight in-game hide-and-seek web event where players can jump in to unlock some extra goodies. It can be accessed by four players through the in-game lobby banner, where three survivors must escape the killer in typical Dead by Daylight fashion: throwing objects and repairing generators to escape.

Players can unlock a range of exclusive rewards from the network event from October 21st to November 7th, including Dwight Unknown Lone Survivor Outfits, Dead by Daylight-themed sprays, and Nurse Mask items. So collectors and fans of fear and fear will want to take their chances to grab this great reward soon.

In addition to this, Dead by Daylight players can also purchase some fancy cosmetics for themselves. From October 20th until November 23rd, both Killer and Survivor will have access to in-game items and collaborative chests.

What’s your take on all this? Are you going to log in in October to sweep away all this horribly good stuff? let us know! For more related articles, check out our Dead by Daylight Code page for more free content, as well as our list of the best horror games to play right now!
