From January 27, 2023, it’s back to the USG Ishimura, where you can mess up your space suit properly. In all likelihood, the remake of Dead Space will not be postponed either, because the launch trailer has been published. Even a few hours earlier than planned due to a leak.
Update:
There’s the thing! As promised, EA has released the launch trailer for Dead Space Remake. Even a few hours before the scheduled broadcast. The reason for this is that the clip had already made it onto the internet in leaked form. You can see iconic scenes from the original and some characters should look familiar to veterans. You can watch the video right here:
Original message:
The Dead Space remake is certainly one of the most awaited new editions of the still young gaming year 2023. From January 27, 2023 it will be back to the USG Ishimura. This date shouldn’t change much either, at least that’s what the announcement of the launch trailer suggests. EA and Motive Studios have set the video’s premiere for tomorrow, January 12, at 5 p.m.

We cannot say what will be seen. Probably some fresh gameplay scenes as well as the main character Isaac Clarke in action. We may also hear Gunner Wright speaking, lending his voice to the protagonist. Because in the remake your hero will speak, in the original he remained silent. Wright previously voiced Clarke in Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3.
With Dead Space, Motive Studios not only wants to bring the horror classic into the modern age and give Clarke a voice. The core remains, but the developers are making some changes to the combat system and the storytelling should also be adapted to modern circumstances.
Dead Space Remake will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It was recently announced that you can get the full version of Dead Space 2 for free if you pre-order the new edition. However, the offer only applies to purchases on PC via Steam.
