On the evening of March 13, 2020, the new season "Delirium" starts in Path of Exile. Developer Grinding Gear Games has now released the – as always extremely extensive – patch notes for version 3.10. As always, there are numerous skill balance adjustments – last season's most popular and powerful build gets some hard nerfs this time.

Path of Exile explains how the nightmares work in the delirium addon
Summoners are weakened several times
The biggest changes will be missed by the Summoner builds, which were by far the most played class in the current Metamorph League:
- Damage caused by summoned skeletons drops a whopping 40 percent – a massive nerf.
- Maximum number of summoned skeletons at Gem level 20 reduced from seven to six.
- The number of possible zombie servants also drops from seven to six at gem level 20.
- The maximum level of Summoned Spectra drops from 80 to 76 at Gem level 20.
- The Baron and Shaper's Touch items used in many Strength Stacking Summoner builds have been weakened.
Nevertheless, there is also a reason to be happy: Summoners can now revive hundreds of new monsters as a Specter that previously couldn't. This also includes opponents that come from league content, such as the Breach spawns from the Breach season.
The reactions of the fans in the PoE Reddit to the weakening of the previously extremely powerful class have so far been mixed. While Sujeito97 wishes to finally be able to say "RIP Summoner", Karyoplasma sees the nerfs as drops on the hot stone:
"Summoners were so broken that these nerfs are now just aligning them with the other build archetypes. They are far from dead."
3.10 brings the long-desired comfort function
With the new update, Path of Exile also gets a new comfort function that many fans have been waiting for:
Usually, at the start of each new league, players have to reorganize the stash tabs in their personal chest. Renaming, coloring and arranging the tabs can take a long time, especially for players with particularly large chests.
In delirium this is now superfluous, because the new stash tabs of your new characters will be taken from your last played character.
