While the sequel Deliver Us Mars is in the works, Deliver Us The Moon should be specially optimized for next-gen platforms. There is now a specific date for this version of the game.
In a press release, publisher Wired Productions and Dutch developer KeokeN Interactive have now announced the next-gen release date for sci-fi thriller Deliver Us The Moon. A specially optimized game version of the title already released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be released later in the spring.
From May 19, 2022 it will start on the new consoles from Sony and Microsoft. Anyone who already owns a version of the respective previous console will be able to upgrade to the optimized version free of charge. In addition, there will also be a separate physical game version for the PS5 for 24.99 dollars.
The next-gen version has been completely remastered and now features 4K graphics, ray-traced shadows and reflections, and other next-gen features designed to provide even more immersion. This includes taking advantage of the adaptive triggers on the PS5. In general, the loading times will also be noticeably faster.
Deliver Us The Moon is a sci-fi thriller set in an apocalyptic near future. The resources of the earth have dried up and a lunar colony provides vital supplies of energy – until it suddenly falls silent. As a lonely astronaut, you are sent to the moon to investigate and save humanity.
