Destiny 2: The Season of Splicers Equipped with the usual new seasonal weapons. FOMO has so many new devices to track and try, so it is real.
Below we have compiled some of the most exciting new weapons that will get you a lot of attention this season:
The ignition code in “Destiny 2: Season of the Igniter”
There are many new weapons available in “Season of the Splicer”, but the ignition code has caused the most discussion.
This weapon is currently the only kinetic energy grenade launcher in the game that is not restricted by the dynamic “sunset” system, which can prevent older weapons from upgrading to a certain height.
With its lightweight frame, powerful explosion radius and grenade, it is not difficult to see why it has quickly become the new favorite of many players in Destiny 2.
However, the ignition code also has interrupted interaction capabilities, which may be beneficial to you (at least until patching, which may be the case), as described in the video below:
Exotic Weapons in “Destiny 2”: Season of the Adapter-Low Temperature 77k
The splicer season introduced a new exotic weapon: low temperature 77k.
This secondary weapon is the first static energy weapon added to the game, and overall it is only the second static energy weapon. Free players will unlock it at level 35 of the new season, and those with season tickets will be able to use it immediately.
Low temperature 77k has two privileges:
- LN2 outbreak: (Basic/Intrinsic) Variable trigger: Press and release to trigger a single shot. When liquid cooling is active, press and hold to fire a charged shot.
- Liquid cooling: (Basic/Special) The final blow with this weapon can be charged in a short period of time. The target hit by this gun will freeze immediately, and the entire magazine of the weapon will pay for it.
It has been hinted that more new Exotics will appear throughout the season, but for now, Cryothethesia 77k is the main event.
Hidden exoticism in the splicer season-Vex myth buster
“Season of the Splicer” reintroduced the “Glass Dome” raid, which first appeared in “Destiny” in 2014.
Returning from the raid is Vex Mythoclast, which is the Exotic Fusion Rifle you will receive when you complete the raid.
We don’t know more information yet, because the raid will not be carried out until May 22. However, early reports indicate that Vex Mythoclast has the following advantages:
- The eternal myth buster: The weapon fires a single bolt every time the trigger is pulled.
- Time limiter: Defeating the target will result in excessive stacking.
Future War Cult weapons reissued
Hawkeye fans may have spotted Lakshmi-2 (a merchant of the Future War Cult faction found in the first year of the camp rally) in the press release pictures of “Season of the Splicers”.
Subsequently, the fearless players of “Season of Splicing” discovered that almost all the weapons of “Cult of Future War” had been reissued, possibly worldwide.
This means that many cool and unique weapons that have been unavailable since season 4 are back! It is not clear how to get them outside of random dice rolls, but we will make sure to open our eyes for more information.
