This may not have escaped your notice even if you are not a direct Lost Ark player, but the game has some problems on the server side and the developers offer some solutions.
Lost Ark is a very big success, it leads to queues that are quite abominable especially for European players. And that despite the 3 weeks that have passed since then. So did the developers wanted to communicate with the community on the subject :
A message from the Lost Ark development team
We know that there are still long wait times to play in the Central Europe region, but as we explained earlier, unfortunately we cannot increase the number of people that can be accommodated on each server. Also, due to the complexity of the game systems and their interactions, we cannot add servers.. Instead, we will focus on improving the health and stability of the game in the Central Europe region in order to provide players with the best possible gaming experience.
If you are thinking of transferring your character to Western European servers, But don’t worry about losing your Twitch Drops, we’re happy to announce that anyone who got them before May 8thThey had looted (these include Archesia Paper Hat Chest, Helgaia Pet Chest, Curiosity Gold Mount, and Saphia Pet Chest) from Western European servers when logging into the region after the next maintenance operation after March 8th. We hope this makes the decision to switch servers more attractive!

Some solutions
If you don’t like reading the press release, the developers simply suggest migrating to the Western European servers. To convince the most undecided, the developers want to duplicate the rewards received on Twitch.
Whether this will be sufficient in the coming months remains to be seen.
