game news Diablo 4: Only beat the game once? You probably missed that post-credits scene
Need an extra source of motivation to revisit the end of the Diablo IV campaign? This cinematic scene is probably not worth your while, but it still has the merit of paving the way to a richer future scenario for the game.
Diablo: A post-generic scene spotted
It took two weeks for players to finish Diablo 4. The fourth part of the saga is long (Blizzard warned us), especially when it comes to leveling your character up to max. A progression that exhausts players who already seem demotivated at the thought of starting over: it will in fact be necessary to start a new character to benefit from the first season expected in July. An observation that can probably also be observed for the campaign, which only a few players had to start from the beginning. Never say never as some have embarked on the adventure. This is the Reddit user DaWaffleSmuggler Who noticed that a post-credits image crept in during the credits? But to see it requires one condition:
It turns out that there is a very short frame of 1-2 seconds after the credits roll, but apparently not until the second completion of the campaign. We don’t know if there will be more in the third round.
As suggested above, you’ll need to complete the campaign a second time to see what happens. Don’t panic, we’ve spoiler tagged it below.
Diablo 4: An ending more open than ever
Interest in the campaign is immediately rekindled. Some want to know if something will remain hidden when we complete the campaign a third time. An enthusiasm that does not go unnoticed by some Blizzard members. On Twitter it’s Jamir Blanco (Movie Character / Creature Artist), who is amused by the players’ recent discovery.
Sounds like some people are finally realizing that there is a post-credit cutscene in our game… 🤫😈

What gives the adherents of theories of all kinds even more grain to grind? Who could this skull belong to? Mephisto? Devil? No one knows, but it undoubtedly opens up the ending of Diablo 4 even more. What is clear is that this image confirms that the developers are not yet ready to finish their game.
