Blizzard Entertainment keeps its word and gives the mobile and PC spin-off Diablo Immortal a completely new class, Sturm, that has never existed before in the franchise.
Some time ago, Blizzard Entertainment let it be known that the spin-off Diablo Immortal would feature a new class this year that had never before existed within the franchise. It is now clear what exactly it is: storm.
Storm is the eighth class that enters the world of Sanctuary and is intended to offer you a new gaming experience. From May 23rd, this new class, known as dynamic, will be selectable and will keep you engaged in the mobile spin-off.
The storms pass through Sanctuary as displaced persons from the storm-battered, misty Cold Islands that lie north of the western continent beyond Ivgorod. The new class consists of deeply devoted warrior-priests, chosen from the purest of hearts to protect their people from doom and trained in blade dancing, wavewalking, and seafaring.
Accordingly, you can look forward to an agile class that is equipped with two blades and controls the fury of the storm. By mastering wind and waves, you can pounce on your opponents with unique new abilities. However, concrete details are still pending, as only the following cinematic trailer was shown when the class was confirmed. Until the start of the Assault class, Blizzard Entertainment will provide further information about the specific skills and other background details.
