A streamer spent 15,000 dollars on just one item in Diablo Immortal. This was followed by frustration, rants about Blizzard and a call to all fans.
- A Twitch streamer spent $15,000 on an item.
- After finding it, he was tired and complained about the game.
The mobile and PC game Diablo Immortal has repeatedly faced pay-to-win allegations. Developing a quality character requires investing real money into in-game microtransactions.
Apparently it’s a lot of money. According to the game magazine Dexerto, twitch streamer Quin69 invested 25,000 New Zealand dollars, the equivalent of 15,000 dollars, to get hold of a 5-star jewel.
After all the payments, he did find the item, but shortly thereafter decided to stop Diablo Immortal. He has already deleted his level 60 monk.
But he didn’t leave it at that and scolded the game and publisher Blizzard. His appeal to all fans: “Delete all your accounts.”
