The exact reason why some players cannot log in to PS5 is apparently not known. It just says “Could not find a valid license for Diablo IV”. But a workaround exists and it’s quite questionable. As the community found out, all you have to do is spend money. No shit now.
Accordingly, the login to PlayStation 5 is possible if you invest dollars or dollars in platinum in the PlayStation Store. The premium currency from Diablo IV costs 1.99 dollars for 200 platinum in the smallest package, alternatively you can also get rid of up to 100 dollars for 11,500 platinum.
