It wasn’t until the beginning of the year that Disciples: Liberation was announced as a sequel to the Dark Fantasy series. There is now a release date for the new strategy role-playing game.
Publisher Kalypso Media and developer Frima Studio have now announced that Disciples: Liberation will be available this autumn. Specifically, the release should take place on October 21, 2021 on the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S platforms.
The latest series offshoot also relies on a detailed and gloomy fantasy world. The title, otherwise known as the “new beginning of the series”, will also have over 100 quests and more than 80 hours of gameplay to offer. The RPG elements are intended to be deepened through a variety of possible alliances, romances, and comrades-in-arms. Your decisions can have serious consequences in the battle for Nevendaar.
For example, you can actively influence the political climate and trigger fatal domino effects. This will irrevocably change your individual story in one playthrough.
Disciples: Liberation is available for PC via the Kalypso Store, Steam and Epic Games Store and can be pre-ordered. Corresponding options for consoles will follow shortly. To get in the mood, there are a number of new 4K screenshots and a new video clip.
