Anyone who has yet to get around the cult hit Disco Elysium will now have the chance to catch up on it in the foreseeable future using the ultimate version. As a result, the title is now available on almost all current platforms.
As part of the Game Awards, the final cut of Disco Elysium has now been officially announced – the definitive and ultimate edition of the award-winning role-playing game. The release will take place in the coming year as a digital version, with this being staggered on the stage.
In March 2021, PS5 and PS4 will initially be served as well as Steam, GOG.com, Epic Games Store, App Store and also the game streaming service Google Stadia. However, players on Xbox Series X / S and Nintendo Switch have to wait longer; here the release is planned for summer 2021.
Owners of the current version of the game don’t have to worry: they should receive a full upgrade to Final Cut at release – at no additional cost. Among other things, this version of the game features new voice recordings as well as new quests and game regions that have not been seen before.
The controller support has been fundamentally integrated and gives you options for customization. There are new language options and the possibility to play in 4K and at 60 fps. This value should at least be achieved on the PS5. The cost of buying the new version for the release: 39.99 dollars.
