Discord is a messenger popular among gamers, which enjoys great popularity worldwide. That’s why a disturbance makes waves even shortly before midnight.

Because it’s not too late even for German gamers – and due to its worldwide distribution, the tool is used almost continuously. It’s always prime time on Discord.

UPDATE 03/31: The disruption was severe, but short-lived. Discord’s servers can be reached reliably again, the gamer scene breathes a sigh of relief.

That is why a disruption is of course not only annoying, but usually comes at an inopportune time. You were just about to start a concerted attack, but you have to postpone it or cancel it entirely because of communication problems.
