If, like me, you’ve been relatively obsessed with Disney’s Dreamlight Valley, and its light-hearted take on the life-sim genre, you’re probably well aware of the “not loading” issues players have had over the past week or two.
This issue has prevented keen Disney Valley of Dreams players from joining the game. Essentially, some players also end up locked out for most of the Halloween event unless they get lucky with the restart.
Luckily, a fix for this issue is available for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation players on November 2. Switch players will have to wait a little longer, but the Switch fix arrives shortly after November 3.
When the issue was first addressed, Disney’s Dream Valley promised its players some in-game compensation for their troubles. Compensation will be sent directly to players today (Monday, November 7th).
What exactly is it? Well, 2500 free moonstones. Moonstones are used to purchase cosmetic battle passes in Disney’s Valley of Dreams, Star Path, and subsequent Moonstones can be used to collect each cosmetic.
✨Compensation Update✨
We’ve fixed various issues since the Early Access release, and to thank you for your patience, we’ll be sending out 2,500 Moonstones to all players on Monday!
This will cover the full price of Starway ✨

After successfully logging in to Optics Valley, you will be able to claim 2500 free Moonstones, and what you do with them is entirely up to you. This freebie has no expiration date, which means you can use them all at once, or save them for your upcoming Star Path if you prefer.
In addition, the Disney Dream Valley Twitter account Recently shared a survey Ask players what they think about the game. So if you’d like to share your experience with GameLoft, or how you think Dreamlight Valley could be better, now’s your time to shine!
