To follow up on our fruitful article on why Disney’s Valley of Lights is evil, which delves into why Scar has more in common with Nazis than he does with Goofy, Gameloft announced that Scar enter the game.
“Scar’s Kingdom” is the first free major content update for Disney’s Dreamlight Valley, and will be joined by the game’s next Star Path season, which is available to Founder’s Pack Owners. The free update itself focuses on the Sunshine Plateau biome, which is teeming with sunbirds and bromeliads, and will see the scars of Disney’s most notorious villain, The Lion King, roaming the valley.
“Bringing Scar into the ongoing story of the Valley of Dreams gives players the opportunity to embrace their ‘bad’ side while diving into this unique world full of new twists and turns that should welcome even the most heroic fans, we can “Don’t wait for players to join,” said game director Nicholas Mainville.
The kingdom of Scar, if he was really allowed to call it that, was in peril. The Pillar of Nurture, the key to keeping the Sunshine Plateau shining, is influenced by dark magic. So you have to reluctantly work with the usurper to help him retake the plateau.
As for the upcoming Starcraft season, Gameloft is gearing up for Halloween. Items inspired by Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Hercules will be available. To unlock all the latest cosmetic items, players will need to befriend Disney’s iconic villain in the Valley of Dreams, clear their Nightthorn realm, and more.
